Eligibility Criteria  

1. Project experience : Should have executed at least two Hotel buildings or two club houses of 40,000 sft each (all with complete interiors & MEP)

2. Financial Turnover : The firm should have an average annual turnover of Rs.13 Crores for last 3 financial years individually.
